When I was a kid, there was nothing better than running around in the sprinklers on a hot summer day. When you were running under that cool water, nothing else in the world mattered. There was no summer heat. There was only cool water, sun, and laughter.
I am looking out my office window today and wishing for a little of that innocent and fun time. Had I known then what I know now, I probably would have begged Mama to let me stay under those cool jets for just a while longer.
I think I need to find me some sprinklers this summer...
